Summary[edit]
Censored image of traffic delay on the New Jersey Turnpike just north of the overpass/bridge for Forsgate Drive in Monroe Township. Note that the VMS sign has light outages, which makes it difficult for retards to decipher what it's saying. On the outer roadway (in this area not shown), the "REDUCE SPEED," and "Congestion" sign's bulbs have burned out, making it complicated for motorists.
